Ariel Rivera, age 44, the beloved son of Carmen Rivera, has passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on January 24, 2019 in Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT; He was born in Bronx, New York but had relocated to the Bridgeport Area many years ago; Ariel was a gem of a soul who was loved by so many; He was an avid wrestling fan and loved spending time with his family; In addition to his mother, Ariel is survived by his siblings Migdalia Rivera, Luis Rivera, Pedro Rivera and Nelson Rivera; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, January 25, 2019 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave, Bridgeport, CT; Funeral services have been scheduled for Saturday, January 26, 2019 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home followed by interment in Mt.
