Jorge Ramirez

Jorge Ramirez, age 55 of Waterbury, entered into eternal rest suddenly on Feb. 12, 2021 at Waterbury Hospital. He was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico; son of Isidro Ramirez and Lydia Morales. Jorge enjoyed praising the Lord at Casa de Pan church in Waterbury. He cherished the time he spent with his family. He was a talented cook who was best know for how well he seasoned "pernil" and all rice dishes. Jorge leaves behind to cherish his memories his girlfriend Marisol Hernandez, his loving children Jorge M., Stephanie, Geisha and Jorge Michael, 15 adoring grandchildren and his beloved sisters Sandra Santos and Norma Torres. Family and friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06608.
