Nelson Rosado

Nelson Rosado, age 49 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 3, 2017 at Northbridge Health Care Center, Bridgeport. He was the was born in New York, New York, son of the late Benedicto and Francisca Rosado. He is the beloved father of Gina Rosado and Nelson Rosado, Jr.; the caring grandfather of Gianna Muniz and Eric Muniz, Jr.; and the brother of Benedicto Rosado, Jr. Hector Rosado, Madeline (Jose) Malave and Lizette (Adalberto) Martinez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends that will sorely miss him. He is predeceased by his brothers Ricky and Harry Rosado. Friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 1 p.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 25 Sherman St. Bridgeport, CT. His interment will follow at Park Cemetery, Bridgeport.
