Anna E. Cuevas

Anne E. Cuevas, 80, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on September 26, 2022, in St. Vincents Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT.  She was born in Aguadilla, PR to the late Jose Morales and the late Monserratte Gonzalez.  She is the beloved wife of Auriol Cuevas of Lakeland, FL.  

Additionally, Anna is survived by her daughter Ana Gonzalez (Hector Lopez), her grandchildren Charlie Roque, Alexander Roque, Ace Valentine, and Alfredo Valentine and 7 great grandchildren; her siblings Zaida, Gladys, Chiquitin, Pepe and Rafael and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her dearly.  She is predeceased by her sons Alexander Gonzalez and Modesto Gonzalez.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2022, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Monday, October 3 at 9:00 AM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo, 391 Ogden Street, Bridgeport, CT.  Interment will follow immediately after at Lakeview Cemetery, 885 Boston Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
