Carlos J. Velez, Jr.,age 28, currently of Bridgeport passed away into the Glorious presence of the Lord on December 27, 2017 in Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT. Carlos was born in Bronx, NY to Carlos S. Velez and Alma Velez. I addition to his parents he is also survived by his siblings Wilfredo Martinez, Samuel Velez, and Cynthia Martinez; his grandmother Ana V. Davila; and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 East Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT.
