Carmen Gloria Pantoja Colon

Carmen Gloria Pantoja Colon, 83, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on August,13, 2024, at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT.  She was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico to the late Jose Manuel Pantoja Perez and the late Margarita Colon.  

Carmen was a very happy soul whose radiant smile warmed the hearts of all those who interacted with her.  She had a very easy-going spirit and cooperated with all.  Her favorite past time was eating.  She also enjoyed gardening, dancing, going to the theater to watch action movies and playing with her grandchildren.  

Carmen leaves behind to honor her memory her loving children Sonia, Maria del Carmen, Lourdes Ester, Olga Lydia, Julia Maria and Mayra Arroyo Pantoja, her precious 16 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her sorely.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 19, 2024, from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  Final disposition will be held in Puerto Rico.
