Carmen Rentas

Carmen Rentas, 63, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on March 2, 2022, in Bridgeport Hospital.  She was born to the late Juan Crespo and Carmen L. Gonzalez in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

Carmen was a dedicated employee of Aurora Products for many years.  She enjoyed listening to a variety of music especially bachata, merengue, and salsa.  One of her all-time favorite groups was Las Nenas del swing.  She was a fashionista whose entire outfit were meticulously coordinated from head to toe.  Her greatest passion was spending time with her family at home. After work, she loved watching Steve Harvey's Family Feud and Impractical Jokers.

Carmen leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving children; Keyla (Willie) Medina, Hector (Belkins) Rentas, Sasha (Neftali) Colon, Jesus M. Aponte Chris O'Neill Santiago, her adoring siblings Jose Crespo, Myrna Mendez, William Crespo, Mayra Crespo, and Wanda Ruiz and her 10 precious grandchildren, Madelyne, Keyllie, Alize, Amaryllis, Jehovanie, Evangelise, Alianie, Luis, Yari, and Emmanuel.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 5-8 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
