Edilberto Torres

Edilberto Torres, age 87, returned to the Loving Arms of the Lord on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021 at St. Mary's Hospital, Waterbury. He was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico; son of the late Angel Torres Rosado and Andrea Ramos Torres. Edilberto is the loving father of Lillian Velez Torres, Marta Velez and Carmen Perez; the caring grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and the brother of Diluvina, Luz Maria, Haydee, Jose Luis, and Idali Torres Ramos. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Edilberto Torres, Jr.; and his siblings Herminio, Juana, Candido, Leonides, and Angel Torres Ramos. Family and friends are invited to attend Calling Hours from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06608.
