She is the beloved widow of the late Miguel A. Lopez. She will be remembered for her remarkable career as a Bilingual Secretary and her dedication to promoting peace through her work with electric initiatives.
Emma's childhood in El Salvador shaped her into the resilient and compassionate woman that she became. She was the daughter of Antonio Araniva and Angel M. Saravia, who instilled in her a deep appreciation for family values and the importance of hard work. Growing up, Emma developed a love for nature through frequent camping trips and exploring the picturesque landscapes around her.
After completing her education, Emma began her career as a Bilingual Secretary, utilizing her proficiency in languages to bridge communication gaps between different cultures. Her work carried with it a sense of purpose and she played an instrumental role in fostering understanding among diverse communities.
Outside of her professional life, Emma embraced various hobbies and interests that brought joy and fulfillment to her days. She possessed an adventurous spirit and loved traveling to new places, immersing herself in different cultures, and experiencing all that the world had to offer. When not out exploring new destinations or enjoying nature's beauty during camping trips, Emma could often be found amidst the vibrant colors of gardenias in her beloved garden. Gardening was not just a hobby for Emma; it was an art form that allowed her creativity to blossom alongside the flowers.
Emma's true joy resided in the warmth of family connections and religious devotion. As an Adventist at heart, she found solace within the walls of her church where she nurtured strong faith-based relationships with fellow congregants. Emma's love for her family was immeasurable. She shared a beautiful journey with her husband, the late Miguel Lopez, and together they created a loving home for their children.
Emma is survived by her adoring children: Jorge, Rodny, Gladys, Vanessa, and Miguel, 11 precious grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Her pride and love for them knew no bounds. Their individual successes brought her immense joy and she cherished the moments spent with each one of them.
