Felipe Bermudez

Felipe Bermudez Jr., 57, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on January 17, 2022, at Bridgeport Hospital.  He was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Felipe Bermudez, Sr. and Maria M. Rivera.  He is the loving husband of Erixa Y. Rodriguez.

Felipe attended the Bridgeport Public School system and graduated from Harding High school.  He was an automobile enthusiast who enjoyed classic cars and motorcycles. He was a loyal fan of the New York Yankees.  Most importantly he was a family man who cherished the time he spent with his family.

Besides his beautiful wife, Erixa, Felipe leaves behind to cherish his memory his adoring children Felipe Bermudez III and his wife Irma Cuevas, Carmen Bermudez and Juliana B. Bermudez, his precious grandchildren Ezequiel, Steven, Michael and Xavier and his beloved siblings Julia, Margarita and Joanne, and a host of family and friends that will sorely miss him.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  Interim will follow immediately after at Mt. Grove Easton Cemetery, 1 Harvester Road, Easton, CT. 

Proper mask usage is required inside the funeral home at all times.
