And when he wasn't lost in the world of sports or cinema, you could find him happily wandering through nature, taking long walks and relishing in its beauty.

On November 2, 2023, Hector passed away peacefully at Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport, CT. Though his physical journey has come to an end, his spirit will forever live on through memories cherished by all whose lives he touched.

His eleven precious grandchildren were the light of his existence, and he reveled in their laughter, growth, and unique personalities. Hector's love for them knew no bounds, and the memories they shared will forever be treasured.

In addition to his immediate family, Hector leaves behind a vast network of friends and relatives who were fortunate enough to have known him. Whether it was through shared experiences, heartfelt conversations, or simply being in his presence, they will forever remember him as a kind-hearted individual with an infectious spirit.

To honor Hector's life, a visitation will be held on November 7, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Funeraria Luz De Paz located at 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608. This will be an opportunity for family, friends, and members of the community to come together and celebrate the vibrant life lived by this remarkable man.
