Hector Isaias Perez Hernandez, age 65 of Bridgeport, returned to the loving Arms of the Lord on Monday, Mar. 2, 2020 at Stamford Hospital. He is the beloved husband of Maria V. Perez; his wife of 42 years. Hector was born in Guatemala; son of Salome Perez and the late Petrona Hernandez prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area. He loved playing soccer as a young man and tinkering with cars. He will be remembered as an extremely active man, who was always willing to lend a hand. He was employed as a handyman at Stamford Apartments. Hector is the loving father of Hector Alexander Perez, Antonia Marcela Perez, and Rocael Antonio Perez; the caring grandfather of Nicole A. Perez, Jose Julian Villanueva, and Emily Antonia Villianueva; and the brother of Benjamin Perez, Francisca Nababteh, Graciela Perez, Clara Perez, Alicia Perez, Marta Perez.
