Iris Yolanda Reyes

Iris Yolanda Reyes, age 55 of Bridgeport returned to the Loving Arms of the Lord on Wed. July 21, 2021. She is the beloved wife of Jose Reyes. Yolanda was born in Lares, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Isidro Reyes and Carmen Caban. Iris loved a good party and enjoyed dancing; especially to her absolute favorite, bachata. She will be remembered as a loving woman who radiated happiness and loved spending time with her family. Iris is the loving mother of Jose Reyes, Jr., Michael Reyes, Michelle Reyes and Brianna Reyes; the adoring grandmother of Dominick Reyes; and the sister of Monserrate Morales, Jose "Freddy" Torres, and Hector Reyes. She was predeceased by her brother Jose "Tony" A. Reyes. Family and friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 10:30 to 1 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06608. Her interment will follow at Mt. Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.
