Jesus M. Valentin

Jesus M. Valentin, 45, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on April 2, 2023, in his Bridgeport residence.  He was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Victor Aviles Valentin and the late Maria Cordova.

Jesus was the handyman everyone looked for to spruce up their homes. Jesus loved creating Puerto Rican dishes that everyone enjoyed.  He was particularly fond of the time he spent with his family and friends. He gladly would take the shirt off his back and give it to anyone that needed it. Jesus was at his best helping people.

Jesus leaves behind to cherish his memories his daughters Vanessa and Mariah Valentin; his siblings Adrian Cordova, Vicente Cordova and Maria V. Valentin, 1 niece, 5 nephews, one great niece, 5 grandchildren; his partner Margaret Peggy Hopkins and a host of friends and relatives that will miss him dearly.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023, from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
