In Loving Memory of Juan A. Perez

August 18, 1968 – August 8, 2024

Juan A. Perez, age 56, was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, Juan later made his home in the Bridgeport area before eventually settling in New Haven, Connecticut.

Juan was a man of many passions, with a deep love for the simple pleasures of life. An avid fisherman, he could often be found by the water’s edge, spending countless hours at Seaside Park, where he would reminisce and find peace in the beauty of the beach. His artistic spirit was evident not just in his hobbies, but in the way he approached things with meticulous care and a keen eye for detail.

A dedicated and hardworking individual, Juan was known for his exceptional organizational skills and his unwavering commitment to helping those in need. Whether it was through his work or his personal life, he was always looking out for others, offering a helping hand and a kind word to anyone who needed it.

At home, Juan enjoyed watching movies, tv shows and with a cold drink in hand.   Those ingredients granted him his peaceful spot. His heart was also deeply tied to his family, and he found great joy in being with them. 

Juan leaves behind his daughter, Xaimara Perez; his devoted mother Sixta Pizarro Sanchez; his siblings: Daniel Perez Pizarro, Sonia Perez Pizarro, Pedro Perez Pizzaro, Ramon Fonseca Pizarro, Inez Perez Pizarro, William Perez Pizzaro, Danny Perez Pizzaro, and Alejandro Perez Pizarro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.

A viewing for Juan will be held at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT. on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 5-8 PM.  

The final disposition will be conducted at the discretion of the family.
