Lillian Cruz

Lillian Cruz, age 75 of Bridgeport, returned to the Loving Arms of the Lord on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. She is the loving wife of Santos Alvarado. She was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Pablo Otilia Cruz. She was a kind and loving woman who was also very strong and a true provider to her family. She will be remembered as a generous and kind woman who will be sorely missed by everyone she knew. Lillian is the loving mother of David Morales and Wilma Valentin; the grandmother of Lisandra Morales, Lyneidy Morales, Analisa Morales, Guillermo Santana, and Katia Santana; and the adoring great-grandmother of James Febus, Aohlanie Febus, Jahida Santana, and Angel Luis Santiago. Family and friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Thursday, August 22, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06608. Her interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, 885 Boston Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06610.
