Luis Guillermo Burgos Cruz

Luis Guillermo Burgos Cruz passed away on October 2, 2026, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He was born on August 26, 1957, in Salinas, Puerto Rico.

Luis will be remembered with love by those who knew him and by his family who carry his memory forward. His life’s journey began in Puerto Rico, and he remained an important part of the family story that continues through those he loved.

He is survived by his daughters, Jacqueline Burgos and Lymaris Burgos and his grandchildren as well as his siblings: Esmeraldo Burgos Jr., Eddie Burgos, Freddie Burgos and Nilsaed Burgos. May she find comfort in cherished memories and in the lasting bond they shared.  He is predeceased by his parents the late Esmeraldo Burgos and Sara Cruz. 

Luis Guillermo Burgos Cruz will be remembered with affection and respect. His remains will return to the land that he loved, Puerto Rico.  May he rest in peace.
