Raul Luis Sanchez

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Raul Luis Sanchez on May 2, 2023 in Ocala, Florida. Raul was a beloved husband and father, a respected member of his community, and a passionate entrepreneur in his career pursuits. He was born in Norwalk, Connecticut on October 22, 1981 to his mother Corrinne Balint (William Balint) and late father Luis Raul Sanchez Sr.

Raul touched the lives of so many and will forever be remembered for his warm smile, his great sense of humor, his selfless spirit, and his appreciation for some of the finer things in life. He was deeply devoted to his wife Melissa Teamer and adored their children Mariah Sanchez, Miguel Luis Sanchez, and King Addison who survive him. Raul was also survived by his loving brother Luis Raul Sanchez Jr. (Tammy Sunday-Sanchez), nephew Jagger Raul Sanchez, niece Gianna Luisa Sanchez, mother Corrinne Balint alongside stepfather William Balint. A large group of in-laws include nieces and nephews Jazilyn Mayes, Trinity Davis, Andre Davis, Timothy Davis, Jada McCready, and Janaiya McCready.

Raul spent over 20 years behind the barber's chair mastering the art of cutting hair with unparalleled precision. He recently decided to make a career shift and assist people with their healthcare needs. He was a newly licensed home healthcare worker owning and operating King's Total Patient Care, LLC in Ocala, Florida.

Raul often found great enjoyment through his love of championship boxing, the Yankees, Redskins, and shooting sports. Many people will miss the fond memories they shared with him over some the great meals he cooked. Beyond these pastimes, he remained a motorcyclist always ready to push a bike to it's limits.

All those who knew him well will remember that he lived every day with love for life itself: cherishing moments shared with family wherever possible and building strong bonds with friends from all walks of life. He leaves behind a legacy of vibrant and rich experiences, the mark of his spirit permeating all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 11th, 2023 at 4 pm to commemorate his life and legacy at the

Funeraria Luz de Paz,

 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport.

As we reflect upon Raul's life it is clear that he created a lasting impact on everyone that he encountered during his journey on this earth and for us.

This Memorial service is but one way of coming together to celebrate the life of Raul!
