⸻
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Manuel L. Peña, who departed this life far too soon on October 13, 2025, in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Born on June 2, 1983, in Brooklyn, New York, Manuel was a radiant soul whose laughter, creativity, and warmth left a lasting impact on everyone he met.
A skilled handyman, Manuel approached every project with passion and imagination. His craftsmanship reflected not only his talent but also the care and pride he put into everything he touched. Always curious and hands-on, he enjoyed working on cars and found joy by the ocean—where the rhythm of the waves matched his spirited nature.
Manuel will forever be remembered for his humor, humility, and deep love for family. His light-hearted jokes and bright smile could bring comfort and laughter to any room. He was a father to Dahnisha Peña, a beloved son to Manuel Peña and Aida Rodriguez, and a cherished stepson to Maritza Martinez Peña.
He is survived by his loving siblings—Elias Rodriguez, Natacha Peña, Genessis Peña, and Emmanuel Peña—all of whom will carry forward his vibrant and joyful spirit. Manuel also held a special place in his heart for his nieces and nephews, always offering love, guidance, and laughter.
Those who knew Manuel will remember him as a man of boundless creativity and kindness. His presence was uplifting, his heart generous, and his legacy one of love, artistry, and family devotion.
