Milagros Rodriguez, born March 19, 1972, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, passed away surrounded by her loved ones. She was the beloved daughter of Justo Victoriano Perez and Milagros Toro.

Milagros was a woman of strong yet genuine character and unwavering conviction. She loved the Lord wholeheartedly and stood firmly in her beliefs, guided by faith, integrity, and truth. Milagros had a good heart and a genuine soul—one that radiated love, loyalty, and authenticity to all who knew her.

Family was the center of Milagros’ world. She cherished time spent with those she loved and found her greatest joy in being a grandmother. She adored her grandchildren beyond measure, especially her first grandchild, who made her a first-time grandmother—a role she embraced with pride, tenderness, and endless love.

Milagros is survived by her parents; her devoted partner, Alcidio Sanchez, with whom she shared over 25 years of life and love; her beloved daughter, Diamond Rivera; and her cherished grandchildren, Josiah Rivera and Jedediah Rivera. She is also survived by her siblings, Katherine Rodriguez, Harry W. Rodriguez, Julio V. Perez, Salvador J. Perez, Maria C. Perez, and Luis Perez, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Friends and family are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, located at 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT. Final disposition will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Milagros will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and eternally treasured.
