Minerva Melendez

Minerva Melendez, age 77, of Bridgeport, returned to the loving Arms of the Lord on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Bridgeport Hospital. She was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area. Minerva is survived by her children, Tomas Camacho, Israel (Yolanda) Camacho, Amada Camacho, Juaquin (Marisol) Camacho, Rosalina Camacho and Edith Camacho; 22 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06608. Her interment will be held privately and at the convenience of her family.
