Natalia Santos-Beltran

August 22, 2022 — August 24, 2022

Natalia Santos-Beltran received her angel wings on August 24 2022. Natalia was born on August 22, 2022 at Yale New Haven Hospital,  in New Haven, Connecticut at 2:10am weighing 4.1 lbs and 17.7 inches long. She is the beloved Daughter of Jose and Angelica Santos.

Natalia was diagnosed with trisomy 18 (Edward’s Syndrome) and a heart defect at 15 weeks gestation. Her parents were told that most babies with this diagnosis do not make it to term and the babies that do, rarely make it through birth. Their wishes were to make as much memories as possible and give her a chance to beat the odds. Natalia beat those odds and came into the world at 40 weeks. Her strength showed as she fought through her first days giving her parents the memories they asked for. Ultimately her heart faded and Precious Natalia passed in her parents arms. The love and support she received from not only her parents but family and friends was enough for a lifetime. Her parents are thankful for the blessing they received from God and although their time together was cut short it was nothing short of amazing. They’re content with the thought that  together with Jesus, Jose’s father Jose Roberto Santos and Angelica’s Aunt Judith Beltran Rueda have received her in their loving arms and are caring for her in heaven.

Her parents would like to thank everyone who has helped through these difficult times and that there are no words to explain their gratitude.
