Norma Iris Carrillo

Norma Iris Carrillo, 71, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on January 24, 2023, at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT.  She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico to the late Bienvenido Ramos and Monserrate Serbia.  She is the beloved wife of Harry Saturnino Carrillo.  

Norma worked as a phlebotomist who tenderly cared for her patients.  She enjoyed traveling, especially via cruises.  She was a loving person who embraced everyone.  She was a humble servant of the Lord who praised him for all the blessings that he bestowed upon her.  She was diligent about caring for her entire family and did so with great love.

Aside from her beloved husband Harry, Norma leaves behind to honor her memory her loving children Hector Perez Jr, Ronnie Perez and Michael Rico; her 8 precious grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, her dear siblings Sylvia Ramos, Gladys Burgos, Ruben Ramos, Antonio Ramos and Robert Burgos and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her dearly.  She was pre-deceased by her brother Angel Burgos.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023, from 5:30 PM -8:00 PM, then again on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  Interment will follow on Tuesday at 11:15 AM at Lakeview Cemetery, 885 Boston Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
