Oswaldo Tejeda Gamarra

Oswaldo Tejeda-Gamarra, 73, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on March 22, 2023, at St. Raphael's Yale New Haven, New Haven, CT. He was born in Lima, Peru to the late Celestino Tejeda and the late Teresa Gamarra.  He is the beloved husband of Lydia Morales Gonzalez.

Oswaldo was a sailor for many years in the petroleum industry navigating the globe.  He was a talented cook who prepared delicious dishes for those he loved.  Both he and his yummy treats will be missed my all.

Oswaldo leaves behind to honor his memory his beloved wife Lydia, his precious children Maria, Henry, Evelyn, Jennifer, Jonathan, Christian and Brian, 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, his dear siblings Alejandro, Roberto, Teofila, Paulina and Felicita Tejeda and a host of friends and relatives that will miss him dearly.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2023, from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
