Sylvia Esther Aponte

Sylvia Esther Aponte, 78, returned to the loving arms of the Lord at Lord Chamberlain Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Stratford, CT.  She was born in Aguada, Puerto Rico to the late Santiago Santiago and Emilia Feijoo.

Sylvia leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children Anibal & Sophia Aponte, Ronnie Aponte & Johan Grace Ofracio, Denise Aponte and Emily and David Teixeira; 7 adoring grandchildren; a precious great grandchild;  and her devoted ex husband Anibal Aponte Sr. who cared for her until the very end; and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her dearly.

Final interment was held privately.
