Victor M. Acuña

Victor M. Acuña, 81, returned to the loving arms of the Lord to join his beautiful wife, Laura, on March 17, 2024, in his Florida residence.  He was born in El Salvador to the late Angel Acuña and the late Angela Cuellar.  He spent 51 years happily married to the late Laura Acuña.

Victor was a talented craftsman who arduously worked many years as a carpenter.  He was a meticulously skilled worker who took great pride in building a home for his family in Fairfield, CT on Putting Green Rd.  He enjoyed fixing things and lovingly cared for his garden and yard.  He was a very familiar face at Home Depot.  He was a devoted servant of the Lord Jesus who avidly read the bible and praised the Lord Jesus faithfully.

Victor leaves to cherish his memory with his loving children Daniel R. Acuña and his wife Stephanie, Laura Sikes and her husband Daniel, his beloved sister Margot Chacon, his adoring grandchildren Lucas, Samuell, David, Daniel and a host of friends and relatives that will miss him dearly.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024, from 10:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M..  Service will begin immediately after at Emanuel Church, 331 Madison Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  Interment will follow immediately following at St. Michael's Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Avenue, Stratford, CT.
