In addition to his immediate family, Victor is lovingly remembered by his mother, Lourdes Vazquez Rivera, his sister, Lourdes Rivera, and his aunt, Maria Medina. Each of them carries a piece of Victor's vibrant spirit, a testament to the strong familial bonds that he cherished throughout his life.

Victor is preceded in death by his father, Victor L. Rivera, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms.
