Victoria "Ana" Campos, a cherished soul and devoted assembler in the manufacturing industry, passed away on October 26, 2025, in Bridgeport, CT. Born on December 23, 1942, in the vibrant town of Camuy, Puerto Rico, Ana was a woman whose gentle spirit and loving nature left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Ana was deeply loved by her family, which includes her sons, Carmelo Baez Jr. and Ivan Campos, and her sister, Gloria Cruz and the late Elba Gonzalez. Her nieces and nephews that were like her children, Celia & Eddie Reyes, Jessica Calvao (Julio), Orlando Labrador (Neely), Danny Rosa (Nicole), Anthony Labrador and Nancy Gonzalez. The great nieces and nephews that she always loved to see and spend time with, Bianca Reyes, Julio & Xavier Calvao, Aiden Burke, Isabel Rosa, Neveah, Noah and Amir Labrador. She also leaves behind many family and friends that she cherished deeply. They will forever hold dear the memories of her warmth, kindness, and generosity. Ana had an exceptional ability to connect with others, often drawing children towards her with her sweet demeanor and nurturing heart.

Those close to Ana knew her love of the beach, where the sound of the waves brought her peace and joy. She also found comfort and happiness in drawing, indulging in sweets, and reminiscing about her days in Puerto Rico, sharing stories that brought smiles and laughter to her loved ones. She loved making pasteles at Christmas time and giving them to family and friends. She was a devout Catholic who actively praised the Lord at the former St. Anthony's Parish and St. George.

Her journey through life was rooted in love and kindness, qualities that defined her personality and endeared her to those who crossed her path. Ana's passing leaves a void, but her spirit and the memories she created will continue to inspire and comfort those who loved her.

A special thank you to Celia, Danny, Nicole and her two aides for being a helping hand when she needed it most.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life during the following services held at Funeraria Luz De Paz, located at 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. Viewings will take place on November 3, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on November 4, 2025, from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM. A Mass in her honor will be celebrated at St. Peter Parish, 695 Colorado Ave., Bridgeport, CT, starting at 10:00 AM on the same day, followed by her burial at Park Cemetery Association, 620 Lindley Street, Bridgeport, CT, at 11:30 AM.

Victoria "Ana" Campos will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as her loving spirit continues to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and friends.

Victoria "Ana" Campos, un alma querida y dedicada ensambladora en la industria manufacturera, falleció el 26 de octubre de 2025 en Bridgeport, Connecticut. Nacida el 23 de diciembre de 1942 en el vibrante pueblo de Camuy, Puerto Rico.

Ana fue una mujer de espíritu amable y naturaleza amorosa que dejó una huella imborrable en todos aquellos que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla. Ana fue profundamente amada por su familia, que incluye a sus hijos, Carmelo Báez Jr. e Iván Campos, así como a su hermana, Gloria Cruz, y la difunta Elba Gonzalez.  Sus sobrinas y sobrinos eran como sus propios hijos, Celia y Eddie Reyes, Jessica Calvao (Julio), Orlando Labrador (Neely), Danny Rosa (Nicole), Anthony Labrador y Nancy Gonzalez. Ella gozaba de sus visitas con sus bis-sobrinas y bis-sobrinas Bianca Reyes, Julio y Xavier Calvao, Aiden Burke, Isabel Rosa, Neveah, Noah and Amir Labrador.  Adicionalmente, lamentan muchos familiares y amistades quienes ella apreciaba mucho. Todos ellos conservarán por siempre los recuerdos de su calidez, bondad y generosidad. Ana tenía una habilidad especial para conectar con los demás, atrayendo con frecuencia a los niños con su dulzura y su corazón lleno de ternura.

Quienes la conocieron de cerca sabían de su amor por la playa, donde el sonido de las olas le brindaba paz y alegría. También encontraba consuelo y felicidad en el dibujo, en disfrutar de los dulces, y en rememorar sus días en Puerto Rico, compartiendo historias que llenaban de sonrisas y risas a sus seres queridos. Fue una devota católica que alababa activamente al Señor en las antiguas parroquias de St. Anthony y St. George. Su recorrido por la vida estuvo arraigado en el amor y la bondad, cualidades que definieron su personalidad y la hicieron entrañable para todos los que cruzaron su camino. La partida de Ana deja un vacío, pero su espíritu y los recuerdos que creó continuarán inspirando y brindando consuelo a quienes la amaron.

La familia está sumamente agradecidos de Celia, Danny, Nicole y las 2 asistentas quienes cuidaron de Ana cuando lo más necesito.

Familiares y amigos están invitados a celebrar su vida durante los siguientes servicios en la Funeraria Luz de Paz, ubicada en el 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. Las visitas se llevarán a cabo el 3 de noviembre de 2025, de 5:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m., y nuevamente el 4 de noviembre de 2025, de 8:45 a. m. a 9:45 a. m. Una misa en su honor será celebrada en la Parroquia St. Peter, ubicada en el 695 Colorado Ave., Bridgeport, CT, a partir de las 10:00 a. m. del mismo día, seguida de su entierro en Park Cemetery Association, 620 Lindley Street, Bridgeport, CT, a las 11:30 a. m.

Victoria "Ana" Campos será profundamente extrañada, pero jamás olvidada, pues su espíritu amoroso continuará brillando intensamente en los corazones de su familia y amigos.
