Virginia Claudio

Virginia Claudio, 85, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on October 26, 2022, at Northbridge Healthcare Center.  She was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico to the late Pedro Alvarado and the late Angelina Vega.  

Virginia was a dedicated worker who spent a number of years working in the laundry department in the healthcare industry.  She was a talented cook who enjoyed preparing exquisite dishes for her loved ones.  

Virginia leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children Iris Claudio, Hipolito and Loretta Claudio and Felix and Kim Claudioa and Maria I. Claudio-Chad; her 10 precious grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; her dear siblings Felix and Adela Alvarado and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her greatly.  She is predeceased by her children Maria M. Claudio,  Maria V. Claudio, Juan Claudio, Jose Claudio and Antonio Claudio; as well as her brothers Julio and Jose Alvarado.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
